Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they
meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, SPM/ITBM, CSM, Self-Help
Services, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices
Provide software and application configuration across various technical areas within
Self- help service such as Portal, Workspace, Service Catalog, Virtual agent, live
agent chat
Able to write clear and concise technical documentation
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, including REST and
SOAP APIs
Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements
Develop and design application modules workflows and catalog request
Develop and deliver ServiceNow based solution for clients
Customer Relationship Management
Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained
according to best practices
Develop, customize and design for the out of the box conversation, topic blocks and
topics for the virtual agent
Qualifications:
Must be experienced with ServiceNow and have the ability to design, build, and
customize ServiceNow applications and services
Experience in system process automation
Experience with governance/service management/operations
Experience with Angularjs
Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (HTML) (JavaScript – client side/server side)
Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (CSS)

Education:
Master’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or
technical discipline is required and 15+ years’ work experience

Overview:
As the ServiceNow Architect SME you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of
software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and
enhance the ServiceNow ITSM application. You will join a highly collaborative team focused
on delivering high value to its customers. You will work in close cooperation with other
developers, engineers, managers and product owners on project teams, as well as work
independently on smaller efforts with limited direct supervision.
This person must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and 100% client-focused, with a
continuing passion for your profession.
Responsibilities:
Experience developing SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with
focus on implementing Agent Workspace/Chat and Virtual Agent in the ITSM module
as well as CMS module
ServiceNow development and Administration
Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration
of data from instances with ServiceNow
End-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflow
Apply innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes
Define and document procedures for processes and workflows
Work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project
leader
Responsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by users
Support Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure
system environment
Communicate effectively with management and other members of the project team

Qualifications:
Demonstrate ServiceNow Depth of Knowledge across the platform
Strong familiarity with ITSM and implementation of ITIL standards within the
ServiceNow Platform
Excellent customer service skills, including presentation, verbal and written
communication skills
Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business
change
Ability to work independently toward delivery of goals as well as collaborate in team
efforts
Education:
